We are HomeFit certified and can provide an independent assessment as to whether your property meets the Healthy Homes Standards.

We inspect your home or rental property for compliance with the relevant heating, insulation, ventilation, moisture control, draught control and safety standards for Healthy Homes Standards compliance, plus the additional HomeFit energy efficiency requirements.

We provide you with a comprehensive report that confirms your property meets the Healthy Homes Standards or identifies the areas which must be addressed to achieve compliance.

The report can be used to prove that your rental property complies with the requirements of the Residential Tenancies Act (Healthy Homes Standards) 2019.

If your property meets the higher standards of HomeFit or HomeFit PLUS, the report can be used in any rental or sale marketing of your property to demonstrate your property’s superior rating as a heathy home. If you wish, upon achieving compliance, we can provide the nationally recognised HomeFit or HomeFit PLUS official certificate.
