Everyone wants to know that their family lives in a healthy home. HomeFit is a nationally recognised standard, which assesses the health and comfort of your home and identifies any areas that could be improved.
Landlords
Take the hassle out of assessing your rental – we will do it all, from co-ordinating with your property manager, through to providing you with a comprehensive report to support your rental’s compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act (Healthy Homes Standards) 2019.
General
We visit your home and our qualified assessor does an onsite inspection. We provide you with a comprehensive report within 5 working days of the inspection.
Yes you can. You can use the HomeFit certificate as a marketing tool when selling or renting your house.
If your property doesn’t meet the Healthy Homes standard, and you want it re-assessed after you have completed upgrading work, we can do so, at a reduced price.
We recommend re-assessments after any upgrades, new tenancies or as part of the 3-5 year maintenance schedule.
We are independent – we are not trying to sell you any products, we focus on assessments. You can be assured that our assessor is highly qualified and produces a quality assessment report.
We are the only Wairarapa based HomeFit certified assessor.
